Renting in morocco is hard, There are a few local rentals KTM BMW and and some Junk collectors but your best shot is coming with bikes from Spain. its only a 45 minute ferry and the bikes are good. Only thing they are very particular on renting their bikes in to Morocco to individuals. So you wind up looking at guided tours which actually is a good thing because you will see much more with a professional than you will alone adn in half the time with half the risk.
